These softwares work on the Windows
operating system only. If you have Windows on your Mac, then it can be
run. I offer no support for Mac users, though
How do I get my product?
The product will be found in the "My Purchases" area of JVZoo. You
download the product from there
What are the license terms?
The products you create with these re-brandable dashboards are yours to
do whatever you like with. Here are the restrictions:
1. You can not re-sell or give away this product pack in any way. You
have no re-sell or PLR rights to the packs.
2. You can not sell or give away the Rebrander Tool
3. You must not rebrand for others (except when using the Offline Pack,
obviously)

The brander locks after one use. If you made a back up copy, you can
use that or re-download the pack again from JVZoo
I bought the Regular Version but now
realise I want the Pro Version. Can I upgrade?
Yes you can. Please open a support ticket (title: Upgrade)
giving the paypal transaction
details of your purchase and I will send you an upgrade link.
My antivirus program is telling me
there is a virus
With any new software, antivirus and anti-malware clients can give a
false positive (especially if they operate with a reputation system).
Rest assured, there is nothing bad inside these products whatsoever. You
should be able to add an exception for this product.
The dashboard sometimes runs very slow
This has been reported by a few people who are using Windows Defender
antivirus client. Either disable the antivirus whilst using the product
or consider changing to an alternative free one that uses less
resources like
Antivir
Can I get a refund?
As you are getting the rebrandable files for these products I can not
offer an unconditional refund. Having said that, if thesre was a major
issue that we were unable to resolve through support then,of course,
you would get your money back. The less honest people (a sad minority)
can not buy, download the product and ask for a refund for no reason.
Doing this will get a person directly onto a buyers blacklist which is
shared between many top product creators and WSO creators.
Incidentally, when this has been challenged in the past with Paypal,
the dispute has always been decided in my favour. If you have a genuine
issue, I will work to resolve it for you.
